1 General Terms and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ggd33 ("we", "our", "platform") and any registered or unregistered user ("you", "user") of the ggd33.cam website. The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" refers to the ggd33.cam website and all related services.
• "Account" refers to a personal user profile registered on the platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of real money and bonus funds held in an account.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional funds or rewards provided by the platform.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on ggd33, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21. We may request proof of identity at any time to verify age, and providing false information will result in immediate account termination.

2.2 One Person One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in permanent closure of all related accounts and possible forfeiture of balances.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, email address, and payment details — must be completely accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination.

2.4 Password and Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. You should not share your login credentials with any third party. If you forget your password or suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

3 Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at ggd33 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). There is no specific maximum deposit limit, however large transactions may require additional verification.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if KYC verification has not been completed or if unusual activity is detected on the account.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

ggd33 follows strict rules to prevent money laundering. All withdrawals will be paid via the same payment method used for the original deposit. Transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4 Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

ggd33 offers new members a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. The first deposit must be at least ৳100 to qualify. To withdraw bonus funds as cash, a 25x wagering requirement on the total bonus amount must be met.

4.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the wagering requirement must be met first.
• After receiving a bonus, real money is used first, followed by bonus funds.
• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; unused bonuses will be cancelled once expired.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• If bonus abuse or any attempt to artificially meet wagering requirements is detected, the account will be terminated.

4.3 VIP Program

ggd33's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Tier upgrades are based on consistent play and activity.

5 Prohibited Activities and Usage Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ggd33 and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Playing using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Applying any form of cheating technique to game code or the platform
• Unauthorised access to another user's account
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or attempting to meet wagering requirements through artificial means
• Any form of threats, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Exploiting any technical errors in the platform

5.1 Geographic Restrictions

ggd33 provides services only to users in countries and regions where online gaming is legally permitted or not prohibited. It is the user's own responsibility to comply with the laws of their country.

6 Privacy and Data Protection

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

7.1 General Gaming Rules

7.2 Policy on Technical Issues

7.3 System Error Cancellation Policy

8 Account Closure and Inactivity Policy

ggd33 may close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse
• Registration using a false identity or false information
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be marked as inactive if no transactions have occurred for 12 months or more. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.

10.2 Compensation Claims

If you have a dispute, you may contact our support team. We endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and impartially. If you wish to contest a support team decision, you may submit a written appeal to the senior team.

11 Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

Any dispute between ggd33 and a user will first be addressed through friendly discussion. Any ambiguity in these Terms will be interpreted according to ggd33's own interpretation.

If any part is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining Terms will continue in full effect.
